Yes i used an agent but i checked my file including uploaded documents, everything was okay

10 days were given and same sections were mentioned and they just wrote that you may have not answered all the questions truthfully and note was written that some of your documents may not belong to you but the agenta are trustworthy and i checked my file myself then i uploaded all important documents again with a handwritten letter

why didn't you mention usa refusal? If you say you forgot or missed it you could get a ban of 5 years.

bro there is option that are any other country you have to refuse I Tick to that column but did not mention the name of country so now any tips for that how can i reply for that

if you ticked yes that you have been refused and then didn't mention which country, you might have better chances if you mentioned no.
so if you ticked yes you can say you mentioned yes and then all you can do is provide complete details of your refusal. You might have some chances.
If you ticked no, then your chances of ban are greater.

But now after receiving mail from embessay I found out that online it shows academic. When I contacted idp they told me that you changed it to academic. What should I do now ?

Is this for a PR application? Academic IELTS is not accepted for PR applications.

I received Excessive demand on health services and on social services fairness letter from IRCC (medical problem that is chronic kidney (CKD). Now I have opportunity to justify that I will be not became burden on Canada's medical expense. So I amd confused that how I can reply them means what I have write i my letter. So anyone who just experienced the same or have any idea about this , can send sample letter that what I have to mention in letter

You should be working with a lawyer to respond. If you have CKD, you have to include your own doctor/specialist notes outlining your treatment over the next 10 years and how there is little to no cost for your treatment. You cannot say that you will pay for any care out of pocket.
