Foregin experience point that you claim for company ABC and document provided is not enough to convince me I am not satisfied that it meets the one year full time experience.
Furthermore there is no mention of the work in prior applications.
Now I see that the decision is not weird =)
I thought you provided "more than enough" documents to prove your work experience.
It is very good that they did not blame you with misrepresentation for not showing this job in the past applications. Now just apply again. I'm sure with your score you will get another ITA

Just to understand your situation more clearly, pardon my naivety, but is your current PR file cancelled or still ongoing?? If its cancelled, the reason is No Sufficient Proof of Work Experience is it?? Anyhow, with your current CRS, a fresh ITA is not far away. Good luck.

I provide as much document as I could. Payslip, experience letter, and contact details to the firm where I worked. but not showing the job in past application was mistake on my part but I wasn't sure that it mattered at that moment and wasn't having enough documents at that point as well.
Prior to applying for express entry It took some real convincing to HR to provide me the document as per CIC requirement and format.

Company is verifiable by google search, First result actually along with contact details address and company is almost 25-30 years old.
Unfortunately no tax forms because income was really low. I joined part time during study and continued after graduation as fresher so very low salary which is under tax quota
So if it is really the reason they can reject it next time as well for the same reason because now it is a fact they you did not show them that work experience and you basically can't change it.
Maybe the reason for rejection was that officer just did not believe the experience is real and just did not grand a scores for it. If yes, that is another story. From your message above I understood that the rejection was because the lack of the documents provided and the officer just did not grant the points for the experience claimed. Not showing the experience is not the reason for rejection.
If you would provide the "whole" word to word letter of rejection it would be much easier for all of us to understand the case fully and to see what is the best next step for you.

I won't feel comfortable sharing refusal details word to word but see below it will help understand case.
my rejection has two factor not just one.
1st is obviously that I didn't show the experience prior to express entry which raised concerns regarding experience.
2nd documents I provided( Payslips and experience letter only two I had) were not enough to convince officer that my experience meets all the requirement of CIC. One thing not to confuse is they did not raised question about if it was legit or not, they believe job I claimed is real and I haven't lied about that
but basically docs and job timeline(overlaps with study) isn't sufficient to claim points for that so they just said CIC can't grant foreign experience points which leads to my CRS dropping below cut off at the time of invitation and hence forth rejection.
