problem with viewing ecas status

hello,

I recently have tried to log on to check my ecas status but when I log on after a few seconds a big blue box appears and if you click on it, it just logs me out again. I was wondering if anyone else was having problems before I email about it.

I had the same problem in my iPad. But it was ok in my laptop and computer.
