status check problem

Hi everyone

I'm having a problem with status check. I sent my passport on 14th july. Everything was fine with status check till Monday but on Tuesday when i tried to check my status instead of showing status it shows a page (data exception page) which is saying that either my status is not available or I've entered wrong values. But everything in input is correct. And it is happening today also. Now I'm a little worried. Help me guys. I don't know what to do.

or did u check ur status on cyber cafe ? or office ? i mean over a computer which can be assessed by anyone

No, I never revealed my number to anybody. And beside home I never checked my status neither in cyber cafe nor in office.

maybe an update is going on with regards to your status. check after a few hours or tomorrow.

Normally it will take 30 to 45 days just wait n dont disturb them. fr sure u will get it

Send a case secific enquiry and report the issue. To my knowledge its nothing to worry....

its a software system (eCas) which can have bugs. Its just a system developed by people like us. ;D
