At the payment page I chose to cancel transaction as I wasn't sure about my card limit and I didn't want refused payment error. And by the time I could check and get back to my cic account. My account shows submission in progress. Now what should I do? How should I pay my processing fee?

It happened to my friend. After 3 hours it was fine and she received a confirmation of a payment. Apparently there were some system glitches at that point.
