Hello I can't upload form IMM5257, the page display these message each time:

The form is complete and validated, I tried with Google Chrome, Firefox Mozila and Internet Explorer browser already,

If it is not the system then it is your form it is not correctly filled in. Therefore you have to make sure everything is complete and in order. Little else we can deduce from that single error message.
