Problem Paying Fees online.

Hi all, I was trying to pay for the Right of Permanent Residence Fee online and it doesn't seem to accept my debit card and I dont have a Credit card. I rang the bank to see if I could use the Interac online option and they said that my card was too new as they are trying to faze out interac online.

So I don't know how else to pay for this, anybody have a solution?

Pay it with somebody's else credit card or debit and give them the money in cash.

You can purchase a pre-paid Visa or MasterCard and use that or like someone mentioned ask a friend.
