Just read the book at least 3 times and remember the important events, Also practice the test links. I did the same and scored 19/20
I read the book atleat 3 times and each time I felt learning more closely and connecting to the content. Make sure to read it to your exam day and just take it. Dont try to give a gap between your learning time and exam. So basically read / prepare for 3-5 days and take exam on 5th day, that is my pro-tip
In addition to the two links shared on the first message of this thread, I wen through this youtube view but only after having a thorough reading of the book. After having pretty good confidence after my learning, I took the youtube video exam and I felt very good and then the next day did a full read thru of the book again and just took the exam with all content still fresh in my memory.
Passed exam on Nov 22, 2024 - 20/20
I highly recommend checking out
https://www.yourlibrary.ca/citizenship/ for free practice resources. It’s a great starting point for anyone preparing for the Canadian citizenship test. If you’re looking for something more comprehensive and don’t mind investing a bit,
https://www.becitizen.ca is another excellent option.
