i am Jan 2013 applicant....but i've been in process since
June 2013 ....and no word since then...getting pretty frustrated when i see that people who appliad waay after me already get their PR....
is it worth to email CIC and bug them re my case ? processing time to Ottawa is 17months....
just not sure what should i do
