Print out option C

Hi guys. is it okay to print the option C in my partner's CRA account ? or we really need to call the CRA? because we requested tpday and they said tha they can't process it

It needs to be mailed from CRA and usually takes about 10 days to arrive.

why did they say they can't process it? option c is only available by mail from cra. what you see online isn't option c. did you ask for 2014? they can only process it for the year that you have already filed a tax return.

I've read that other people have included just the printout with their application and it was fine. Maybe someone who's done this can chime in? It's also a question that concerns me at the moment. My sponsor just printed this out the other day and whenever he calls CRA to obtain a printout, their lines are busy.
