Quick question to the ones who've received and responded to the Portal email. It says I have to give certain information about myself and "each member of my family". Does that also include the ones that are not part of the application? Or is it just the dependant and the PA

Actually my spouse was based in the UK at the time of application and had to leave to India later in the process

My spouse got portal email. I used her email (created for immigration purposes) to apply for visitor visa and open work permit. We got portal email with application number of our CEC file but into her email. Firstly, How come they connected her email to PR file. Secondly, Why on earth they are asking her to declare that she is in Canada. Any suggestions please

Only the PA and dependents on the application

Hi @legalfalcon - can you go overseas and come back to Canada with 10-15 days left on your work permit. Will this be an issue at the departing country or Canada?

There will be no issue when leaving, however, when you return you will have to show your WP, your employment etc.

If you have a WP extensions or BOWP in progress, then there should be no issues at all.

Thank you for your response . Is it also applicable in my case where i got my COPR but wife is waiting for PPR. Isn't it like our PR file is already approved,how can i apply for visitor at this stage? Kinldy help

why your visitor visa was refused. I can see it was refused 2 times as per signature
