Please let me know if you have done anything to get the dependent PPR request? I haven't sent an email to them after first email... do you think writing a separate email to them would work to get the PPR request? Sorry to bother you with my stupid questions, but i am not ale to do anything at this moment and literally struggling to get my dependent here from past 2.5 Years.

No problem ,I understand .So this was the email that I sent them separately on October 19 same day I got Portal credentials, for my dependent to inform them he is outside Canada .and called ircc next day and then on October 22 to confirm the address of my spouse.They didn’t send me any reply for this email .

Dear Officer,

This is to inform you that I have confirmed my Canadian address and uploaded my digital photo in the PR portal.

I also received the same IRCC PR portal account login details for my husband, Name ……... However, he is outside of Canada and he never travelled to Canada, so please issue him the passport request letter instead of PR portal account login details.

Should you require additional information, please contact me.

Just send them this email because I don’t think there is anything wrong in it because next day after sending this email I called ircc and they told me that they have the same email in their system stating yours dependent outside Canada ,the one I sent separately..

I just got passport after stamp for my spouse. And also got copr Letter for her, but there is no signature of officer on copr. Is it ok or is there any problem to travel?

Hi All, I have received a re-medical request for my spouse after almost 1 year since AOR. During this one year, there was no progress on file. Is re-medical a sign that they might process my case from now?? This wait has destroyed my family

Thank you so much for providing the email template , Appreciated.
I also written the same content almost and replied to the same email (when first email we received,.. replied to that email) after receiving PR Portal credentials and I noticed my dependent case also created under same Portal.
They didn't replied to me anything and after 9days they sent me eCOPR. Therefore, one day i called them and spoke to one of the agent and he confirmed that "Officer knows that your dependent is outside Canada, they will contact your spouse when they are ready" and also he confirmed that my spouse address is a Indian address which is there on file. So now, i am wondering.. when they will the process and when they will send a PPR request?
i see uncertainty on timelines for each application process.

it was not requested in my case...my dependents did it upfront but now it shows passed in the portal. I have seen many cases where people get pr soon after they they get re medical request... so go for it without losing any time
