Principal Applicant (Inland) Dependent (Outland) during COVID-19

Thanks for the reply. I'm a bit confuse on the below, can you help? Its seems the process is -
PA - eCOPR then virtual landing and then apply for PR card
Dependant - eCOPR then PPR and visa stamping

PA - portal email, login credentials , upload photo , ecopr , PR CARD
Dependant - PPR then ecopr

I have my company's lawyer handling my case. So basically on her email. Yeah IRCC are nuts. full of useless people, no idea what they are doing.

Yes today only .!! But no PPR For dependant.!!!! I am more worried for my dependent PPR .!!

Lot of people on a same boat. Waiting for PPR for dependent. In my application, they send the credentials for both PA inland and dependent Outland. Tried to email them but no response.

I'm also in the same situation. I'm PA and got ecopr on 8 Sep. The next day they added my outland spouse also under my portal. I don't understand what these people are doing.

I called this morning, agent told me that portal is not misunderstanding for outlanders. Anyways they need a portal in future for their PR card too. Because of restrictions they delay PPR and they want to first complete the landing of PA. That’s what agent told me. And also told that it probably takes from days to weeks.

Same here with us. Our daughter in India received ppr but for us no portal mail..

Because of restrictions they delay PPR and they want to first complete the landing of PA. That’s what agent told me. And also told that it probably takes from days to weeks.

I sincerely feel IRCC is just taking its time to process files. For those of us that our AOR is 2019 and 2020, we should just be patient. My AOR is May 2020, after a long wait we got a call around June 2021 to confirm if my wife is in Canada and the agent said a portal login will be sent to her ASAP. Hmmmmmm.... Since then till date no info. After calling them today they said our file is with the local office in Manitoba, I wonder what the local office is waiting for. Am tired!!!!

IRCC has just sent me the re-medical request for my dependant outside Canada. There's still close to six months validity on the previous medical exam. Very Weird. Not sure why they're asking at this point. Please let me know if anyone's gotten it

@tom93 That seems to be the new normal with IRCC. You get a remedical request for outland dependents to finalize application. I received the same and remedical was submitted 3rd Sept, passed 5th Sept and today I received PR Confirmation Portal mail.

@Sunilgopal1981 what is your AOR and visa office? I tend to think it's a first in first out system. Not sure
