AOR: October 16, 2019.
Application : Approved in July 2020 as per webform reply.
I am inland applicant with outland dependent (currently in Canada as visitor since 4 months). I updated dependent address and spoke to IRCC regarding this. But no respond from Immigration officer yet.
Guys, one good news. One of my friends got PPR for his spouse yesterday. I saw the PPR too.
But he did not receive any PPR or landing interview for himself so far.
Great to see it after a long time.
Their application might have been approved before March 18, 2020.
As one of my dependent friend also got the travel document. The letter states: On March 18, 2020, the Government of Canada announced travel restrictions to Canada to reduce the spread of COVID-19 and protect the health and safety of Canadians.
Your application for permanent residence (PR) was approved on 2020/02/06
At this time, we are not printing and mailing new CoPRs or PR visa counterfoils. For your travel to Canada, you will need to:
bring this letter;
show it to the airline as proof that you are exempt from the travel restriction and that
your COPR and PR visa are valid; and,
use this letter before 2021/01/29
So is there anyone who got approved (inland) after March 18, 2020 and their outland dependent got travel document or CoPR?
Hello all,
I was wondering if IRCC delays the COPR of the inland applicants with Non-accompanying outland dependant. If it is true for the outland dependent, is it also true for the Non-accompanying outland dependants?
Thanks.
Hi, I have sent a message to the PM via this link https://pm.gc.ca/en/connect/contact about issues with immigration department not processing folks with Outland dependant, can we all please do the same maybe this will help us get through this

Hi, since your dependent is outland, may I ask if you have already become the PR (receiving COPR through mail or email directly)? Just wondering under the current travel restriction whether your dependent outland will be exempt and is able to come to Canada? Thanks.
