Don’t do anything. Just wait for one month as everything is opening up . Copr applicants can come now As we all know this. We will get our copr soon . Because I heard fsw draws are also starting
I think it would be staged opening-ups for all the countries around the world as the Delta and Delta plus variants continue to spread. Unfortunately certain countries will not get a green light at the initial stage IMHO.
This is the thing that gets me the most. If they can give ppl COPRs in 2-4 months, how come IRCC stretched it to 3 years. I know each case is different, but I don't believe it could be that complex for them to approve with 3 long years. It's people's lives, futures, and family they are dealing with, not just the application.
I will tell you my story. I got married in 2018 and applied for my spouse, SOWP. He got rejected twice and reasons were lame. Then i stayed as i got invitation. Now Some people say don't go to back home as it may cause trouble. Now IRCC is holding our applications. I don't know if IRCC just want to keep us apart or what. Like they just force you to stay and then ask you why don't you visit your spouse the whole time and rejects your applications. This whole thing is a great mess
Yes if there is a 3rd wave things might take u turn . But yeah this shall pass, it’s not going to be forever . Unfortunately we are applying in wrong time /right time . Can’t help

I also claimed job offers 50 points which I can loose if I go back .My brain does not work as read these comments all the time n try to convince myself.
If the draw is lesser points , loosing job won’t disqualify you . You will still have points . It’s all extra documents extra time that’s why everyone suggest to stay out. You have been waiting this long . Few more days (90). Things will look good IMHO

This could not be the reason of rejection if we could not visit spouse or kids during our stay in Canada.y are u making it more complex to understand .for TRV IRCC say that applicant ll be not back after stay but if it’s PR application it’s clear that we want to stay.

First of all, I am sorry to hear your story. Canadian gov agencies are famous for their inefficiency and inflexibility, but notorious for their cruelty. I think they have the right to question all of our marriages as we have to prove we are in a genuine committed long-term relationship. But IRCC and Canada did fail to acknowledge certain cultural customs, whereas NZ did better in this regard. I think the pandemic gave them a perfect reason to deliberately do certain things, such as the cut-off of March 18, hold applications with outland dependents without valid reasons. Also IRCC is very subjective to grant the authorization letter. Maybe try to get him to Canada first with a visitor visa and the authorization letter, and it would be easy to get a SOWP inland.
My husband SOWP was also rejected and they rejected my daughter’s visa twice for same reason.
I don’t know wat they think but PR application totally different.

In this whole covid situation, visitor visa is not an option to consider. Anyways, this is a section for PR application. I was anxious so just told my story. Thanks for your suggestion though
@Manishamahajan58
