Iam the primary applicant and my husband is the dependant in the Canada PR application under express entry. My husbands UK visa application was rejected 7 years back and he was banned entry for 10 years as his work exp claim did not match during background check. Does anyone have similar experience and information as tk how the present canada PR application can get affected. Are their any positive experiences?
