Well my question is about the refund of pressing fee, here are some scenarios
• I an application gets rejected / refused or denied then will there be refund
• If you apply and your application is not entertained due to the fact that the category you are applying in has been reached then will there be any refund
• Under which scenarios pressing fee gets refunded
