Thanks Mr. Goku....as per cic agent...my files are transfer on 4th March to Warsaw.....when I'll get AOR...MR...and why they transfer to Warsaw instead of ndvo.....

It just to share the work load of NDVO, and from what I think is if someone receives interview then that applicants file will be transferred to NDVO. Makes Sense?

To reduce the pressure on NDVO and ensure that applications are processed timely, some applicants files will be transferred to other VOs where there is less pressure. This is part of the administrative decisions taken by CIO to ensure quick treatment of all FSW applications. You'll have to wait patently for communication from Warsaw VO about the next step in your application process. All the best.

I don't think coz if they understand interview is necessary why they will here and there game....nonsense...

The transfer of applications affects most high traffic VOs, that is, VOs that typically receive high number of applications. This is why CIO redesigned the generic application form and there is no field for the applicant to indicate his VO. It is CIO that now decides which VO will handle an applicants file.

He indicated that his file is going to Warsaw, no AORs this year. The next communication after PER will be either request for updated POF or interview request or MR/RPRF. It depends on your application and your review officer.

I called cic....they told me about...yet I didn't receive AOR...

Yes, your application usually would have been processed by NDVO but it's now moved to Warsaw as you confirmed to us. There shouldn't need to be any interview call for you unless Warsaw needs clarification from you on your application. Then they will instruct you on which country to go for your interview. It may or may not be New Delhi, all the best.

Thanks pips....how can you say that ndvo has already processed and then transfer to warsaw???? It has to be directly forward to Warsaw....coz it is already proceeded by ndvo than why sent it warsaw....why cic people play here & there game????

Please read my post again and stop confusing yourself,

your application usually would have been processed by NDVO is what I said. I didn't say it was processed by NDVO. Just relax and wait for the next communication to you, it will come eventually.
