It usually takes 4-5 weeks (via e-mail), to get the GCMS notes. So if you are fast, you should get them in time.

Definitely apply for GCMS. Knowledge is power. Even if there is a chance you don't get them in time for the interview (they seem to take about 30 days), having the notes can help you prepare future responses if necessary. You might also want to apply for GCMS after the interview.

I am not an expert, but I would expect the VO you meet will have a good understanding of an electrician's work and will ask questions to determine the level of your experience.

can you share your letter of interview sent by NDVO
Gaggu. Eligibility. Such a broad possibility of questions. Look at each criteria and where you claimed points, be ready to defend with solid rationale. Are there any areas that the VO might have questions? Good luck

Hi I am a skilled worker and need to extent my professional visa. I have been talking to two staffing agencies in MOntreal. 1. Student Jobs International and Randstad. The both have new job options for me but they say I am not able to get the work visa through a job agency?
Is that correct? Does anyone have experience with this? Could the third party client help me requesting the visa?
Pleaae let me know, I am in a hurry....

Wouldn't you have to apply for visa through CIC?

A proactive approach might be to order GCMS notes now. How did the interview feel? Were the questions easy to answer?

Thank you very much for this post, I think it's a great tool for all of us, we can study or learn more about Canada and we could have an idea about the questions in the interview...
Hi stonecold ,
How was your brother's interview? Can you please share his experience.
Regards
NM
