Hi guys, does anyone know if they will ask this same sort of questions for applicants with AEO. Also is it true that medicals are requested only after an applicant passes the interview?

Thanks a lot for all the info for the interview....I want to ask you a very basic thing which I am not clear about....???
Can I apply under Skilled Category if I have experience as a Machinist... 7231 Machinists and Machining and Tooling Inspectors(NOC LIST). This does not fall in 38 Categories...

Please help me... I am very tensed about ma Immigration

Can I Send the Application to get work permit and permanent visa together. Because I can get a job offer for work permit. This way I feel the job security.....

Hey Guys,
Anyone, here knows what are the chances of denial in an Interview in New York. I haven't seen a lot of people being called for interview in New York.
Anyone here who was called for an interview in NY? As, i have an interview in Jan 2010 and no documents were requested, any insights on why no documents were requested?
I am in a bit nervous...please help

Hey bg_sikkim,

We also have an interview schedule on Buffalo, NY on January 2010. We thought that our case would be transferred to LA but they requested an interview instead. It would be a big hassle for us to travel to buffalo, NY from LA because of our work but we have to do what we have to do. I just hope that this would be a positive interview because we have heard that there have been cases that was rejected after the interview.

My Time line is:
Application submitted: Nov. 2008
AOR received: March 2009
Nov 2009: Request for interview

Our job(me and my wife) are both on the 38 list of occupation.
