Pregnant spouse sponsership visa??????????????? Help needed????????????????

Hi friend

I am canadian citizen and I have sponsered my spouse on PR visa from india. I submitted file in august and now it's in Delhi since December 2015 and I have recieved file number also.

Now she is 4 month pregnant, so what should I Do in this case???????
Please give some advise

You do not have to do anything right now. If she gets her PR visa before she gives birth, she can give birth in Canada. If she gives birth in India or elsewhere, the child will still be a Canadian citizen (probably), so you will have to get proof of this.
If she does not yet have her PR visa when she gives birth, you will have to notify CIC and the visa office of the addition to the family.
You can send a letter to the visa office stating that your wife is pregnant, but this will not speed up processing.
