Dear all, my husband will be joining his new job in Canada in January, 2020 and has valid work permit. I had applied for spouse open work permit earlier but got refused due to lack of salary slips. I want to reapply for the same after I get his 3 months pay slips. But I have some serious doubts:
1) For the previous application, I did upfront medical but I was not pregnant then. Do I need to do medical again as this time I will be 3 months pregnant at the time of application?? As far as I know the medical is valid for 1 year.
2) I want to join my husband as soon as possible now because of my pregnancy. How should I prove that I have no intentions to stay in Canada permanently.
3) Shall I consider applying for open work permit again or Visitor VISA is better? Also, I dont know whether my medical tests will be covered by the insurance or not.
