Pregnancy after Pre Arrival

Urgent help needed Please!!


We got out Pre arrival recently. But IRCC has asked about form IMM 5669 and PCC from India again, as she was residing in USA on visitor, visiting her sister.
My wife has been just got pregnant, shall we tell IRCC about it or not.Hope that we will get COPR as soon as we submit our requested doc.

There's no need and no mechanism to do so. If you get copr and she comes to Canada before giving birth, there's no issue.

If for whatever reason she gives birth outside Canada, the child will have to be sponsored (fi spouse lands and becomes a PR before) or added to spouse's application (if she does not).

Thank God, I was so worried. Sure there is no rule right that you have to update to IRCC. Also do you think that I will be getting COPR soon?

Update with what? You can only update when there is a new family member - pregnancy aint' that.

No idea on COPR.
