2nd Medical, Pre-Arrival and Pregnancy

Hi,

i am worried as my wife got 2nd medical request and pre-arrival email same time. It seems they have made their decision but waiting for medical result.

She has passed 1st medical including x-ray. Now, She is pregnant and cannot proceed with x-ray.

Will it delay our application ? Or will they give PR based on last medical ? OR should we proceed x - ray ?

Unfortunately she needs a new medical in that case. Her medical has expired.
