mine too, my address disappeared for almost a month and now reappeared without status change. its the same.

I think you have to wait for IP first then to MR, my status turned to IP in Feb 2011 and till now there is no MR. Maybe your case will be a little dif than mine coz your VO is Manila and mine is London but still you got to pass thru IP first, but I wish we can have that MR asap.

I've orderred CAIPS through my relative who lives and works in Canada with just CAD5 since July 15. Till now i have no feedback although more than 2 months has been passed. I've heard about the period of 45 days but it seems that everything is delayed now.
Seniors, what are your opinions?

Queries:

1. Any comments on the VO reply, though the reply is just standard!

2. Can pre-june 2010 cases, now not in the 29 noc list like mine 4131, take years together to be processed?

3. They say 2 years or more! My 2 years are completing in june 2012, any prediction/idea regarding my MR time though my status now RBVO?

So that is very standard answer indeed, no matter what you asked in your email...
Several months ago I went to the local CIC office for the status, and CIC office said I need to phone CIC. Then I phoned CIC. CIC said they do not take immi status query, and told me to phone VO. I phoned my VO. Only an answering machine took the phone call and said VO does not take phone call. So I wrote email to VO. Finally I got the same standard answer.
