I have never been to Canada , although I have been out of India since last 5 years , I spent 1.5 years in USA and rest in UK. I am still working in UK. My visa office is New Delhi and I applied in may 2010 , my status is RBVO and as per the GCMS the only time NDVO worked on my file is on 01/08/2011 when they did verification of my IELTs and age

There is alot of fuss in applying again although my NOC still exist in the list. I have to give IELTS again arranging all the experience letters is not a easy task as well. T

hi
if your NOC is in the current demand list, then it is a good option for you to apply again.
The best person to ask about your question is the person who's handling your file in visa office, nobody can predict for the pre June applicants . Its depend on your visa office as well if you have manilla as your visa post they are still working on pre June applicants and issuing medicals , rest are dormant .

hi
Please help me to understand when can i expect to get MR.
I applied on Feb 2010
Submitted full doc on April 2010
"In process" since July 2011
Category: 1111
IELTS: 7
I received my 2nd AOR with new number in January 2010. My status changed to In Process Dec 2010 with RBVO details inside. Then in July 2011, my inside details were changed and a new sentance was added - Your application was reviewed and we started processing on July 4, 2011. I then received a letter requesting an updated Generic Form, Proof Of Funds and photos for all, which were submitted within the 60-days time-limit.
Now things have gone very quiet again, I am wondering how long before medicals are received???
