Pre- arrival service mail received generally who passed his / her eligibility , I received it last January 2018 but still no Medical request because they put my name in interview event list according to the GCMS note because my son's admissibility not yet passed so need to face interview
Im a little bit confused on the pre arrival letter. I read that people are getting a letter or email for pre arrival but my husband got a text message inviting him to attend the 2 days seminar for pre arrival to Canda. Is this considered a pre arrival letter too?
I got pre- arrival mail at 15 January but still no update, then i withdrew GCMS note and found that i am i interview que , no date yet , passing boring time
sucks. i also got my pre-arrival letter last week. we can't do anything but wait. whether its 2 months, 3 months, a year. hopefully its faster but who knows
hi misisef
My husband received his pre-arrival letter last Feb.9 from MVO and it’s been 3mos now, still no update.. we’re tired of checking it everyday if there’s any update in ECAS or email..

Just looking for your valuable opinion on our case.
Our sponsorship file is under in-process at Singapore Visa Office and they confirm us on 7th March, 2018. They start processing on 6th March. 4th April they asked my wife for MR and CSQ with a deadline of 5th May. Although she passed Medical on 12th April, failed to submit CSQ in time and we applied for the time extension for CSQ and they granted it up to 6th June. In the meantime, My wife got pre-arrival service mail last 3rd May. So far I know pre-arrival service invitation means passed the Eligibility but still in the queue for security check. So without CSQ can she pass the eligibility? will we consider that this pre-arrival letter came by mistaken or IRCC sends it out randomly?
IRCC call centre automated voice service tells that they are reviewing whether she meets the eligibility, passed the medical, she does not need an interview, and the background check has not started
So, can anybody tell us actually which stage we are in and how long it might take.
AOR - OCT 11
Pre Arrival - 7 May
Medical Passed - 10 May
RPRF Request - 23 May
Called IRCC couple days back and they said your eligibility has been met and we are waiting for your background verification. He just mentioned that your application is moving forward as normal.
