I recently received a pre arrival letter for my Inland spousal sponsorship application does anyone know what this means for my application?

I put up a file for PGP in 2021 for my parents and received one Pre-arrival Services letter with my father's UCI. He is the primary applicant of the file. I have not received for my mother.

Do you received one Pre-arrival Services Letter from IRCC for one file? or each applicant received their own Pre-arrival Services Letter? Please provide inputs.

receiving a pre-arrival Services letter doesn't mean that your application has been approved. Answering your question, what you can do next is to wait wait wait. I know it is annoying .
