Hello,
I received my pre-arrival service letter today, but it says that the services are only available if I live outside of Canada. I'm currently staying with my husband in Canada on an extended visitor record, temporary resident status maintained (is what the document says). We applied inland for our spousal sponsorship so do I just disregard this letter or can I do anything with it maybe? Thanks for the help!

I am not sure, it didn't say anything about that in the letter, however later that same day I received an invitation to the permanent resident portal and today I received a letter stating I meet eligibility requirements, pending final approval of my medical, background, and security checks. I checked my application status and it says decision made, so I'm assuming everything is okay?
However, if anybody can help me, I've received the permanent resident portal invitation three times from Tuesday til now and each time it ask for the same information. I've sent the info 3 times already, am I doing something wrong? Or is this just an automated thing until someone processes and gets me a login?
