but when i read what that mean i saw this explanation:

Approval Status Determined
Your application will be either approved or rejected. You will be informed of the decision.

If your application is approved, you will be notified by mail within four weeks and invited to pick up your card at the IRCC office closest to you.

If your application is rejected, you will be notified of the decision by mail.

what is your opinion

2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on September 25, 2019.
3. We started processing your application on September 25, 2019.

Quick Question if somebody can answer - Apart from "https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/authenticate.do" link do we also get an AOR for PR card renewal application - If yes is it intimated via email ?

but when i read what that mean i saw this explanation:

Decision made is almost every time a positive thing. Unless you didnt have 730 days or some information which is not correct. My status shows that the card were mailed out yesterday. Would expect to receive them by the end of this week.
I wouldnt worry about this if i were you.

I sent my application on 20 sep
They received it on 23(cheked Canada post tracking)
No update yet.. No AOR
Guys I sent though Canada post xpress with tracking and used the address of regular mail not courier
Was it right?
I am really confused if I sent to wrong address.. Guys pls help

In their guide, you can send it either by regular mail or courier but each type has its own address. If you sent your application to the address mentioned to the regular mail, so you did nothing wrong. My application was received on September 20 by courier but I have received nothing yet.

it is taking longer than usual to get AOR. It took about 13 day for me. I would expect it to come this week.
