There is very little chance that you will get it by 12th July. Currently, the processing time is around 30-35 days after the status changes to "in process at IRCC". Reschedule the flight to sometime in the last week of July.

it’s better to reschedule the ticket if it is possible because saturday and sunday the office will be close
