Hi everyone,

I am in a bit of a problem. The IRCC received my passport on 17 May. However, it says it is still under processing. I am scheduled to travel to Canada on 14 June. I have an exam there on 18 June which I cannot miss in any circumstances whatsoever. I have written to the IRCC using the webform. Is there any way I can get my passport back even if it has not been stamped yet so that I can travel? I can always send it back to them once I am back (going for only 10 days). I have a valid visitor visa in the passport.

I would be very grateful for your help as I desperately need my passport before 14 June so that I can travel to Canada, whether it has a PR stamp or not.

Kindly advise.

Submitted on 17th may and under process on 21st may. Have a flight on June 20. Same boat. But expecting to have passport dispatch before around june 14-17

Submitted on 17th may and under process on 21st may. Have a flight on June 20. Same boat. But expecting to have passport dispatch before around june 14-17

which airline can we get refund on cancellation of ticket ...my timeline is also same as yours and planning to book ticket now for july with air Canada but passports are getting delayed should i go ahead or not???

Hi All, I hv submitted my passport on 17th May from VFS office Hyderabad, on same day got a message that your passport is in transit to IRCC, New Delhi....and no update as of now.... (ICT Visa)... any idea how long does it take usually

Just an advice , book tickets through MMT you will get excellent concession and refund on cancellation too.I did the same.

Just an advice,end of July would be a safe option.
