any thoughts on this - would you know how this works for 2 way courier service by VFS ? Do they open your package, check photos and then send to IRCC ?
An immigrant consultant has just replied to me that if a photo doesn’t meet requirements, they request new photos after landing. I don’t know true or not. But I guess I can update later.

You are issued 2 copies of CoPR. One has photo pasted on it (out of two copies you need to send) while other photo is sent back as is. Not sure if the photo doesnt meet the specifications, how IRCC will issue you CoPR. The consultant probably was talking about PR card photos? may be?

I have asked again. When she replies, I will update. Since you seem like you know, what do they do if a photo doesn’t meet requirements? Request a new one during process? I have to send it through VFS?

Earlier I took a guess, probably the entire package needs to be sent with correct photos through VFS. But again, I am not updated with recent guidelines.
I submitted my passport in person not by courier service. They checked everything and photograph also. And they informed also that if photograph is not as per asked dimension then submit photo as per dimension.
if u submit by courier service then not sure wheather they open package or not but in my opinion they will check and will prepare their package to send to IRCC.
Mehra ji As u told u submitted passport on 5 feb so now u have completed 15 days. Hope u will get mail within a day or two. (Generally time is 15-20 days).
I sent three PPs on 13thJan. Received 2 back with COPR on 25th. Received 1 back without COPR asking for fresh photos on 20Jan. PP with fresh photos is now pending with IRCC since 25thJan. I guess, after 20thJan they decided something against PR applicants, that's why the delay.
