Yes, our timeline is almost identical. I opted for 2 way courier service, so the courier guy collected my passport on the 27th at around 5:30 PM, so I guess they should have forwarded it on 28th.

Yes, it may be delivered by Tuesday....looking at previous pages of this thread as well as other threads, I think the entire process will take anywhere from 20 to 25 days to complete.......so fingers crossed, we may get the stamped passport back by approximately 18th October to 22nd October.

Hi All,
It may help.
Ours was EE (PNP) - Outland application.
We submitted passports (mine+2 dependents) at New Delhi VFS on 28-Aug-2023. It was under process at IRCC since 29-Aug-2023, with no update till 7-Sep-2023. I tried contacting VFS on chat few days back, and the rep informed it takes 3-5 working days for passports to be stamped once status shows 'under process at IRCC'. And once it is dispatched it may take 24-48 hours to reach VFS office where passports were submitted.
By the grace of God, and well wishers, stamped passports email for pickup was received on 7-Sep-2023, and I picked up the same day as they had long weekend offs.
PS: There's long weekend this time for VFS New Delhi.
8-Sep-2023 - Holiday due to G20 summit
9-10-Sep-2023: Weekly off (Sat-Sun)
The VFS team was courteous and helpful. It took less than 5 mins once I was inside the room for passport pickup.
I have my wife as a dependent on my PR application and here's our timeline
PPR: September 12th 2023
VFS Courier Passport Submission: September 15th 2023
In process with IRCC since: September 21st 2023 (IRCC NDVO)
My question is given the recent tensions between India and Canada, will it impact our processing times? Please keep posted on any updates!
Going by comments from others, I think it is a good idea to keep a watch on the tracker also because it appears that IRCC updates the COPR number and expiry date once the stamping is done(an early indicator before they dispatch PP)...please correct me if it is otherwise.
