Strange still didn't got any email or msg for collection...seems after IRCC dispatch vac also wants to keep passport for timepass

Hi Guys,
I need some help regarding linking my spousal application to GC Key account. We submitted through an agent. I tried to link the application but it says no applications found. I have received the Passport request but just wanted to see if we can still link the file.
