Visa application, tracking ID No. *********** Your processed decision envelope has been dispatched from the IRCC Office, on Fri Jul 12 2024 and is on transit to the Canada Visa Application Centre in CVO-NEW DELHI. - VFS Global
is it a dispatch message or what and how long does it take to reach chandigarh to pick up ?

Yes, it’s a dispatch msg. I think on Monday, you can pick it from Chandigarh VFS.
 
I believe, June first and second weeks files are completed. Time to start third and fourth weeks files.
Mine is 27 June processing date, hopefully, I get good news in next week.
