I have a question.
I have got PR in the month of November 2019. I have PR Card also. But I travelled back to India and currently in INDIA and still not sure when I will travel back.. So is there any rule that certain amount of time we should stay in CANADA out of 5 years to have it as valid PR for extension?
If you landed in 11/2019 then you must spend a minimum of 2 years from 11/2019 through 10/2024 in Canada. After 10/2024 you must be able to show a min 2 years in any 5 year period before any new entry to Canada.
