Hey guys, so I am planning to travel outside Canada on Oct 11 2015 then return on Oct 19 2015. My PR Card expired last Aug 08 2015. Now my question is, if I sent my renewal application via URGENT processing, will I get my card back then? I have a clean record. Can anybody share their experience with URGENT processing times for PR Renewal? Thanks

When you say you have a clean record, how many residency days in Canada do you have in the last five years? Are you just above 730? Or do you way more than 730?

Hi i sent mine off monday 17th august for urgent processing.
I initially sent off in early may, but the processing times just kept getting longer and longer so i sent in for urgent.
I am travelling october 10th! I've been out of canada 23 days since march 2011 so I'm guessing it should process fast!

I applied for renewal of my card since 17 April and nothing happened since then. I would like to change my application to urgent please advice me how to do that? I HAVE TO BE BACK HOME FOR UNIVERSITY BY 1ST OCTOBER 2015 AND MY PR will be expired by then. Thank you
i called the CIC and the agent advised me to resend my whole application. i had to add proof of travel (e ticket or physical ticket) and proof of payment (booking reference and credit card statement)
if you are already in the system then i think you can update to request urgent processing and email above documents
Hi so after a bit of hassle! Had to re send in the application again because k forgot to sign a page!!!! My brain wasn't functioning. This wasn't a renewel but a replacement as I lost mine. I've spent 1 month out of 4 years outside Canada.
