ME AND MY WIFE ARE CURRENTLY IN CANADA ON PR. WE HAVE OUR US BORN DAUGHTER WITH US. SHE IS HERE ON A 1 YEAR VISITOR VISA. WE WANT TO SPONSOR HER. THE DILLEMA IS, THAT WE DONT KNOW UNDER WHAT CATEGORY TO SPONSOR HER.

1. FAMILY CLASS, WITHIN CANADA- THIS WE DID BUT THE APPLICATION CAME BACK

2, FAMILY CLASS OUTSIDE CANADA

3. HUMANATARIAN GROUNDS

Family class - outside Canada. Inland PR sponsoring is only for spouses/common-law or conjugal partners and their dependents, BUT your daughter does not have to be outside Canada in order to be sponsored on an outland Family Class application. Her ability to remain in Canada is dependent on your maintaining her temporary, visitor status - which you can do by filing this application to extend her stay from within Canada. Make sure it's received by CPC-Vegreville before her status expires - each time, if necessary - based on the PR ap in process.

Track the mailing and get delivery confirmation so you have proof that she's allowed to stay under "implied status" until they reach a decision on the extension ap, or they grant PR, whichever comes first.
