My PR expires October 13th 2013. I am in a need to go out of country to look after some ill relative. Please guide me what should I do get renewal of my card before it expires. I fulfill all conditions for renewal.
Just follow the guidelines. Mail out the application and perhaps you can make forwarding mail arrangements with Canada Post so that you might be able to receive the card while in your relatives' country.
