PR Renewal online - return reason "Incomplete application".

Today (April 13th), the Return reason 'Incomplete application' disappeared for me and I was able to link the application to my gckey account using my UCI number.

I submitted the application on Feb 25th, so seems like my timeline is a week behind yours! Hoping the application is approved by next week and they mail out the card.

Did you get any update on GC key when PR card renewal was approved and mailed out?

Last week, I received my renewed PR card. I assume, the status being reflected as "Incomplete application" is a bug on the online portal.
All I did was - I submitted a webform asking for next steps and received an email response with generic response. 2 weeks later, I received by renewed PR card.

Did you get any update on GC key for mailing of PR card?

My husband applied for his PR renewal on May 15. Yesterday, the status show “Payment is missing” incomplete application. The View button is grayed out. We are sure that everything is attached as it’s the second time we submitted. Did anyone else get this message?

as long as the view button is grayed out, you will be fine. I have gotten my card, the status still shows incompleted application.
if there is something wrong, you will get an email or the view button is black and clickable.

I got an email stating that photo specification is incorrect. However I got it from UPS. On checking the portal, it shows the application as submitted with blank in return reason and view option is grayed out. What should I do?

Are you able to click the view button or is it greyed out? If you can click it then you actually have to figure out what is missing and resubmit.

My button is grey and can't figure it out what is missing. I applied at the beginning of july and just got the answer on the website about incomplete information. I haven't get any email about it and i can't see my application on the portal beaucse of the grey button on "view"

Same here, i submitted at 8/28 also show return reason incomplete application. The view button is gray and no link

So i called them twice, both time they confirmed they havnt sent me anything and my application is in progress.



in my last call, agent told me the card was dispatched. And he told me to disregard the application returned message on the portal.

However its been 1.5 weeks and I have not received the card. The portal still says application returned with view button greyed out.

Now i will call them again on monday. Its so frustrating.

but guys as long as your view button is greyed out and you have not received any email or physical mail. Just ignore the applciation returned message.

its apparently a glitch.

i would never recommend anyone to apply online.
All my friends applied through paper got Pr cards in 40 days..

I got the PR card in the mailbox after about 2.5 months.

No AOR, No email, no other mailbox communication.
Portal still says application returned.

I wont recommend online application for PR card renewals

Hey guys, I got my PR card yesterday, and my portal is still grayed out, if you didn't get any email or emails from IRCC to ask you missed information, please just ignore it and wait.

Hi all. I applied only a week ago (October 29th), and now I'm in a panic already.

Status: Submitted
Return Reason: Photos are missing, Incomplete application
Action: View button is greyed out and cannot be clicked

I am 100% sure my photos are good, and my application is completed too. Should I be worried? I see a lot of people saying this could be a glitch but I'm obviously concerned.
