PR renewal application without SIN number is it possible for my Kid

Heeeelllllpppp!!!
i’m Renewing my daughter’s permanent resident card which expired already since 2019, everything is filled out already except the SIN number. i never applied her for SIN number since 2014 when she landed as PR.. what should i do coz i can’t get a SIN for her with an expired PR card, and i can’t renew her PR card without a SIN number..
please help what should i do? i tried calling IRCC many many times but i can’t get through coz the line is always busy…

I don't know why it would take longer. A SIN number is not required for PRs or citizens.

at any rate, what do you think IRCC is going to tell you? Don't have a sin, can't get one, don't have any choice but to apply for PR renewal without it.

Either leave it blank or if you aren’t able to do so put in all 9s or all zeroes. You can include a note indicating that your child does not have a SIN#.
