I am planning to renew my PR card now, i have 740 days in canada, while renewing mine, can i also file my daughter's new PR card along with my renewal?
(or)
Do i need to get my PR card renewed first, then file my daughter's new PR card?
She is on a visitor Visa for 6 months, which will end at the same time , when I complete 730 days, so, i am planning to apply pr renewal for me and new pr for her.

Your post was not clear as it implied your daughter was already a PR and you implied your daughter was also due to get a new card.
So with just 740 days the general advice here is to have some buffer and apply when have around 800 days given with just 10 days past the RO you have to be sure you have not missed anything plus there is more chance of being referred for additinal scrutiny.
Same advice would be for your daughter in that you need to show you have met the RO to sponsor her for PR and once you submit the application from within Canada you would be expected to stay in the country through the process.
Ultimately the decision is yours to apply when you have just 740 days or wait a bit longer.
