PR Processing - CEC class - Criminality in Progress for 6 months

Hello Everyone,

I have submitted my application on start of September 2019 and medicals passed by start of October. It's been more than 6 months now and the application is still under processing, so decided to get the GCMS notes. This is what I am seeing there,

Eligibility: Not started
Security: Not started
Criminality: In progress
Medical: Passed
Info Sharing: Complete

When I checked under the criminality section it is started on the same day as medicals passed (start of Oct 2019).
RCMP Screening Status shows No Reportable Trace.

Under Notes Section, this is what I am seeing - POLICE CERTIFICATE --- Primary Applicant PA RCMP Screening NRT India police certificate : Provided-NRT R10 OK Recommendation: Pass Criminality----

It is more than 6 months now and worried that criminality is not complete yet. Isn't it unusual. Do I need submit any other additional documents.

Could someone please help me with this. Thanks in advance!

What is this Fs04049 and how you come to know about this ?

I have Provided PCC from Consulate of India. is it not suffice?

In some cases, they would ask for RCMP clearance. But it is not required to upload it if not requested.

That number is the unique identity number of person verifying your file, it must be mentioned in your gcms notes.

Yeah, I am going to apply for this next week. Just want to make sure application is not stuck because of this.
It's weird that the application is stuck in the criminality check for more than 7 months now..

I dont think so rcmp is the issue if this was the issue they must have sent adr
In my case i got rcmp adr i gave everything eventhough i am stucked its been end of 5 th month

My aor is 13 jan yesterday my adr status which was rcmp fingerprinting changed from uploaded to we are reviewing your documents

My ADR status also changed from "The additional documents you provided have been uploaded" to "We are reviewing the additional documents you submitted" yesterday. Did that also happen to anyone else other than the 2 of us?

Hi I'm an inland applicant, currently have submitted my application in Jan and received aor in the same month. Currently cic review is in progress. My work permit is getting expired on September 2020 and have applied for extension. My passport is getting expired in JULY 2021. DUE COVID 19 job offer in work permit is not good.

1) What will happen to the pr application if the applicant returns to the home country during pr processing ? Will it be still valid
2) is it ok to renew the passport during pr processing
3) Not able to call the command center and get the processing location and other details
