PR portal waiting for photo approval

Totally false, they issue one. Thats the process. 2 of my friends got their PR a month ago and the process was eCOPR and then PR card after that.

exactly. if you read it says on. the portal you first receive the eCoper and than PR

I'm currently waiting to receive my eCOPR as I am in Canada, but the problem is I applied my PR as PA and my child as the dependent the dependent is outside Canada and they requested for her passport as well as mine we took hers to the VAC and I sent mine to Ottawa. Today we got her passport (the dependent) back but also got her COPR document (which is okay) and my COPR document. I'm in canada is this, okay?I have not got back my passport, I thought I would get eCOPR on the PR portal.

Note: I did not get any email updates after I reuploaded my photo on the portal. I randomly checked my portal on October 19th and it said file accepted and closed.
IRCC did not email me

So I got covid last week and the last time i checked my application on my portal was Wednesday Oct 19 and since then i have been in bed. I just logged into my portal and my application shows that it has been fully accepted along with my picture but i did not get any emails or updates that my revised picture was accepted. I am guessing they accepted my picture somewhere between Oct 19 and Oct 24 and now my portal account says the information that they have on my portal will disappear in 30 days. I am not sure 30 days from when since i did not get any updates via email. Eagerly waiting for my card.

Hi guys,
Wanted to share my timeline to see if someone else is going through the same.
Portal email: September 13th
Got address and declaration approved: September 14th
Received eCoPR: September 15th
PR card: Still waiting…

My photo is under review since then. Has anyone been through the same situation?

Same 27 july recd ecopr and submit phot still show review 90days cross still w8 pr card what about you

Hello everyone!
I’m new here in the post, which I stumbled upon looking for answers to an issue I have. I applied in February for PR being sponsored by my wife who’s a Canadian Citizen. The processing time was 14 months, however, I received the approval email and invitation to the PR portal in August.
I replied with the address and photograph on September 2nd.
No changes in my PR portal as case status shows “in review with IRCC”.
At this point I haven’t received the eCOPR, and I need to do an international trip. Since I am a PR, I read that I need to have a PR card to return to Canada. Contacting IRCC on twitter they say I need a PR card to get back or a PR travel document. However, my trip is not intended to be longer than a couple weeks and PRTD times are longer than that.
I have a valid Work permit and a valid Visitor Visa, but I don’t know if this allows me to return to Canada. I also read that without a PR or a PRTD one can return to Canada only in a private vehicle.
Any thoughts? Thanks for reading!

Received PR card on October 18, 2022

I received an email on November 4, 2022 inviting me to come in and collect my passport that was ceased when I filed for asylum. I will be going in on November 17th, 2022.

i hope someone can provide me some advise.

The available digital copy of my brother's picture is only the front pic. He was given also given the physical copy. Can we take a picture of the back of the physical photo he has and upload that in the portal, or he has to get his picture taken again so both front and back are digitally available?
