I have tried to search for problem specific thread, but could not find one.
I had opened up a new account, set up the password, verified and started application. But today I tried to log in, and it tells me my password is incorrect.
So I go through password reset, and change the password to new with verification.
But the portal says the same thing.
"Incorrect email and password combination. If you have an existing account, please try again or click “Forgot your password?” to reset your password. If you do not have an existing account, you will not be able to reset your password by clicking the “Forgot your password?” link. "
Has anyone had this issue.
Also, could someone assist giving me an email address I can email to asking for their technical assist. It is so difficult to find a direct way to communicate to "Contact Us" through the site.

Hi, I'm facing the same issue. Got the credentials to sign in and upload photograph. Earlier it said the password is incorrect, now since its been more than 30 days. It says password expired! I'm really stressed right now as its been almost 2 months i haven't recieved email with new password. I have to visit home for emergency and the process got stalled due to this technical glitch! . I have emailed the clientportal.ircc email from which i got the portal 1 request. And also raised webform. Called them and they told me to wait. Can anyone provide any suggestions or trick that worked for them? MANY THANKS !!

Yes i did before it did not accept. Now its expired, i am still waiting for a reply from ircc for new set of passwords.. any idea how can i get it fast. I have emailed them , raised webform and even tried calling
