PR Portal mistake

I received my PR portal login credentials today, But after I logged in, I can see that the DOB section is blank but everything else is right. Anyone else who had a similar issue or something similar? I also sent a webform today notifying them of this but IRCC has been taking a month or two to get back to webforms.

Don't worry about it. They have your DOB if they need it. You have no benefit of seeing it or not on the account.

But don't they print the PR card with whatever information available on the portal? Also the processing time for a request to amend (correcting error on immigration document) these documents is 6 months or more.

No there's nothing that says they print pr cards with your online account. Where did you find the information saying that?

Your online account is not a legal document like your PR card is. Plus, this is their responsibility to issue things correctly.

Same for me. The field is empty, but I guess it doesn't matter because there is a correct DOB on my eCOPR.

Your online account is not a legal document like your PR card is. Plus, this is their responsibility to issue things correctly.

I was asking a question if they print out pr cards using the information in the portal not suggesting that's what they do.
