Hey everyone!

I have just done the final task, getting my photos taken. I got them professionally taken at Staples, asked them to meet PR specifications and requested a stamp on the back. The stamp has the name and address of the store, the date, and also has a line with 'guarantor's signature' below it.

This link (https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...grants/pr-card/apply-renew-replace/photo.html) doesn't mention having a guarantor sign it, do I still need to get someone to sign it or shall I leave it blank? If so, do they need to write some sort of declaration too, or will a signature alone suffice?

The Staples store also didn't write my name and DOB on the back, does this matter, or can I do it myself?

Thanks in advance

Thanks, although I'm still not full of confidence when you say "I don't believe..."

Has anyone else had this situation and had the photo accepted without a guarantor signature?

If this wasn’t for a new passport application, the guarantor signature is not necessary.

if it is for a PR card, you don’t need a guarantor at all.
