PR expires and citizenship is in pending

i came in canada as landed immigrant in 2006. In May 2009 i went to my backhome (pakistan) and got married. I cam back to canada in Nov 2009 and applied for citiznship and went to backhome again in Jan 2010. I am in canada now from Aug 2010. And now in Aug,2011 my PRC will expire. I have to go to my backhome in Feb,2011.Citizenship application is still in process and i have no idea how long it will take. So, plz tell me that on the basis of my previous period that i spent in Pakistan and in canada, how long can i stay in pakistan more and it'll keep my PRC active. i know that i cant apply for its renewal from there. So, i'll apply for renewal now. So, when i'll be back to canada (maybe after 8 or 9 months), could i'll easily get my travelling document from canadian embassy in my back home ? Or they have some requirements that i'll have to fulfill ?

You have to have 730 days in Canada the last 5 years before you apply for a PR card renewal or travel document.
