Hi, is there any one can help to give me some advices?
I landed in 2005 and my PRC was expired in Aug/2010, before the PRC expired, I lived in Canada for about 6 months. I came back in July/2010 and never left till now. In Feb/2011, I applied the PRC renewal. I checked the application status online that it got approved in Mar/2011, but I have not received the letter yet.
My Questions are:
1. What happened to my application and why haven't I received the letter yet?
2. May I withdraw the application because I know I didn't have 730 days before I applied for the renewal?
